How to collect troubleshooting information for the Zivver Chrome Extension?

Cause

You want to collect diagnostic information after you encounter unexpected behavior. You want to share this information with Zivver Support.

Answer

1. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions.
2. Enable developer mode.
3. Open the service worker.
   A pop-up opens. It keeps track of everything that happens in the background of the Chrome extension.
4. Open the Console tab.
5. Reproduce the issue in the Chrome extension while keeping the Console tab open.

You can now copy and paste the Console logs from the Console tab into a document.
