Configure trusted websites with Intune

To ensure the Zivver OWA add-in functions correctly, certain websites must be marked as trusted in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. If these sites are not trusted, users may encounter issues with authentication, pop-ups, or other key functionalities.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure Microsoft Intune policies to add trusted websites in Edge and Chrome, ensuring seamless operation of the Zivver OWA add-in across managed devices.

Procedure

  1. Go to Microsoft Intune Endpoint.
  2. Click Devices.
  3. Click Windows.
  4. Click Configuration.
  5. Click add Create.
  6. Click add New Policy.
  7. Select Platform > Windows 10 and later.
  8. Select Profile type > Settings catalog.
  9. Click Create.
  10. Set a name for your policy: Zivver – Trusted websites in Internet Options.
  11. Click add Add settings.
  12. Add the following configuration settings:
    1. Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel > Security Page.
  13. Fill in the exact URLs and values in Sites to Zone Assignment List:
    1. Value: 2, Name: https://owa-v6.zivver.com
    2. Value: 2, Name: https://app.zivver.com
    3. Value: 2, Name: https://outlook.office.com
  14. Click .
  15. Assign the policy to your devices.
  16. Click .
  17. Click .
