Attempts to automatically log in through single sign-on (SSO) fail.

Cause

This happens because the virtual machine installs two virtual network adapters.

Example
VMware Workstation 12 Pro installs two virtual network adapters.

• VMnet1: Host-only adapter with no outside connections.
• VMnet8: Adapter with active NAT configuration (IP forwarding and mapping).

Solution

Disable the network adapter with the NAT configuration.
