Error: new users app.zivver.com could not be downloaded

When newly created users log in through Entra ID Single Sign-On (SSO), the plugin attempts to download the SSO URL as a file. They may receive the following error:

Error: Consumer/ from app.zivver.com could not be downloaded. The website cannot be opened. The requested website is not available or cannot be found. Please try again later.

This issue can occur either intermittently or consistently.

Cause

This issue may occur consistently if the Entra Connect Tool was moved to a different server. As a result of this move, the configured synchronization rules are no longer available.

Solution

Reconfigure the Entra Connect Tool and the Sync Rules Editor on the new server.
