Error “Consult SAML spec” at login
Attempts to log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) result in the following error.

Cause
The cause is unknown.
Solution
- Remove the Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration from both ADFS and Zivver.
- Reconfigure it from the start.
