Troubleshooting access permissions for functional accounts

Ensure Users Have Active Accounts

Only active Zivver user accounts can be assigned delegate access to functional accounts. If a user is missing from the delegate access list and does not have an active Zivver account, ensure that the account exists and is set to active.
