Check if the Synctool daily synchronization is running still
Follow the steps in Start a manual synchronization to check if the permissions are now added.
If the manual synchronization resolved the issue with missing delegated permissions to a Zivver account, then this means the automation probably is not working. Please review the Automation Troubleshooting Steps.
