Troubleshoot automated synchronization

If the manual synchronization did solve the issue, and assigned the users the permission to the functional account, there might me something wrong in the automation. Check the points below to troubleshoot the automation:

  • Check if the automation did run or not.
  • Check if there are any errors visible in the log of the automation.
  • Check if the sync profiles are scheduled in the correct order:
    1. First synchronize user accounts.
    2. Then synchronize the functional accounts.
  • Check if the (service) account running the automation does have the right permissions to access the sync profiles.
