Remove the Synctool

Follow these steps to remove everything related to the Zivver Synctool.

1. Go to https://app.zivver.com/admin/api-keys and disable the API Key for the Synctool.
2. Go to the Windows Server that hosts the Synctool.
3. Delete the tasks in Task Scheduler that run the Synctool synchronization daily.
4. Delete the Synctool folder (e.g., C:\Zivver\Synctool). Uninstallation is not necessary; the Synctool software runs standalone and was never installed.
5. Remove service accounts for Zivver and/or applications in Entra ID for modern authentication with Exchange Online.
