Export all Zivver messages that were sent and received by your organization for archiving purposes. You can export your Zivver messages using one of three methods:

1. Using the Zivver WebApp: export all messages in a Zip file.
   This method is recommended for smaller organizations with a limited number of messages.
2. Using the API: export messages with a python script.
   This method is recommended for organizations with a large number of messages.
3. Using FTP: export messages via an FTP connection.
   This method is a legacy method that is not recommended for new exports.

Note

Exporting all messages of your Zivver organization is disabled by default. Please create a support ticket to have it enabled.
