If you remove the account of your organization in the Zivver WebApp, you also remove all the conversations and files of all the users. If you claimed a domain, this domain becomes available again. Zivver cannot restore the data.

1. Open Organization account in the WebApp.

2. Scroll down to the section Delete organization.

3. Click the Contact support button and file a deletion request for your organization.

4. Zivver Support will check your request, and process the deletion of your organization. They might contact you to discuss your request further before deleting your organization.
