How do you use Zivver with a shared mailbox?

Administrators can create a functional account and grant users access to it.

As a user, you only need to log out and log in again. When you log in to Zivver with your own account, you will automatically be logged in to the functional account as well.

A functional account has no password of its own, so you cannot reset one. Does “Forgot password” not send an email for the shared mailbox? Read why there is no reset email for a functional account.
