Open a Zivver message using an SMS code
Introduction
How do you open a Zivver message with an SMS code? You received a Zivver message that you can only open using an SMS code. You do not need a Zivver account to open, read, or respond to this message.
Using an SMS code
- Open the notification email in your inbox.
- Click the button.
A Zivver WebApp page opens. - If the listed mobile number is correct, click .
You will receive a 6-digit SMS code from Zivver on your mobile phone. The code is valid for 5 minutes. Click Request a new SMS code to request a new code if needed.
If you do not receive a code, the number may be incorrect. - Enter the SMS code.
- Click .
You can now read and respond to the Zivver message.
The number is not correct
If you have a new mobile number, or if the sender does not have the correct number, you can notify the sender:
- Next to Number not correct?, click Notify the sender.
- In the next screen, select a contact method and follow the instructions to notify the sender that the number is not correct.
More about message security
Messages protected with SMS verification have Verification level 3. This method allows the sender to be reasonably sure that the message is accessed by the intended recipient.
