To send a secure message, a recipient verification must be configured. There are two ways to do this:

1. Create a contact in advance
2. Via a notification email

Create a contact in advance

Follow the steps below to create a contact in advance.

1. Open the Zivver WebApp.
2. Log in with your Zivver account.
3. Open account_circle Personal contacts.
4. Click person_add Add contact.
5. Enter the email address of the contact.
6. Click OK.
7. Click search Search.
8. Search for the contact you just created.
9. Click the contact.
10. Choose which verification method you want to use:
    1. Enter the mobile phone number if you want to use SMS verification.
    2. Enter an access code if you want to use an access code.

Info

If both the mobile number and the access code are entered, the mobile number will be used by default.

Via a notification email

If no contact with a configured recipient verification exists for the recipient yet, you will receive a notification email from Zivver prompting you to provide the recipient verification.
