Message Not Displayed Correctly - Login to view this Zivver message
Introduction
You may not be able to read received and sent Zivver messages because your account is not logged in to the Zivver Office plugin. When you try to open a Zivver message, the following message appears:
Log in to view this Zivver message
This is a secure email for your@email.com. Log in to view it online in Zivver.
How do you log in to your account in the Zivver Office Plugin?
Logging in to Your Zivver Account
- Click the button below the message.
A new window opens. - You can now log in by following the steps on the screen. Depending on your organization’s settings, you may also be asked to enter an SMS code or a code from the Authenticator app, or you could be asked to setup 2FA verification for your account.
Logging in via the Zivver Tab in Outlook
- Click the Zivver tab in Outlook.
- Then click
Manage accounts.
A new window opens. - Click the button next to the account you want to log in to.

If you don’t see any accounts, follow this guide to activate your account. - You can now log in by following the steps on the screen.
