Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in
Activate the Zivver Add-in in OWA
Introduction
How do you check if the add-in is active in the Zivver Outlook Web Access Add-in (OWA)? The add-in might be installed correctly, but not yet active in OWA.
Check if the add-in is active
Follow these steps to check if the add-in is active:
- Click New to create a new message.
- Check if the
Zivver logo is visible in the toolbar at the top, or if you click on the grid_view Apps icon.
- Click on the
Zivver logo.
The Zivver sidebar will now open.
If you do not see the Zivver logo, you can follow the steps below to activate the Zivver OWA add-in.
Activating the Add-in
Follow these steps to activate the OWA add-in:
- Open the Control Panel in Windows.
- Click on Network and Internet.
- Click on Internet Options.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Under Settings, click on the Advanced button.
- Under Third-party Cookies, select the option Accept.
- Click OK.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Click on Trusted sites.
- Click the Sites button.
- Copy the following link:
*.zivver.com
. - Paste the copied link into the input field.
- Click Add.
- Click Close.
- Click OK.
- Log in to OWA.
- Wait for a pop-up to appear.
- Click on Managed by Administrator.
- Search for
Zivver
in the list. - Click Add.
The add-in is now activated.
In the following steps, we will check if the add-in has been properly activated:
- Close the Outlook Add-ins screen.
- Click New to create a new message.
- Check if the
Zivver logo is visible in the toolbar at the top, or if you click on the grid_view Apps icon.
- Click on the
Zivver logo.
The Zivver sidebar will now open.
