Change your email address
Introduction
This document explains how to give your new account access to your old account. Do this when your email address changes or when you have created an additional email address.
Your Zivver account is linked to your email address. If this address changes, you need a new account for the new email address. You can retain access to old conversations by granting your new account access to the messages associated with your old account.
This functionality is unavailable to business users. Please contact the IT administrator of your organization if you wish to change the email address on a managed Zivver account.

Granting your new account access to your old account
- Go to the Zivver WebApp.
- Click No account yet? Sign up now!.
- Create a new account using your new email address.
How to create a new account - Log out of your new account.
- Log in to your old account.
- Go to the
Settings icon.
- Click group_add Delegation in the sidebar.
- Click .
- Enter the email address of your new account.
- Click .
You will receive a notification in your new inbox that you now have access to the old account. Please do not reply to this notification. - Log out of your old account.
- Log in to your new account.
- Click your profile photo person_pin .
An accounts menu will appear. You can switch between your new and old accounts using this menu.
Your old account remains active. You can still access the Zivver WebApp using the old credentials.
