Introduction

How do you create a label for your Zivver conversations in the Zivver WebApp? Labels help you keep conversations organized based on topic or importance.

Creating Labels

1. Open the WebApp.
2. Expand the Labels section if it’s not already expanded.
3. Click Create new label.
4. Enter a value for Name.
5. Choose a color.
6. Click Save.

Adding Labels to Conversations

1. Open the WebApp.
2. Go to the desired conversation.
3. Click Add label.
4. Select the desired label(s).
5. Click Apply.
   The label has been added to the conversation. You can add multiple labels to a conversation.

Finding Conversations with a Specific Label

1. Open the WebApp.
2. Expand the Labels section if it’s not already expanded.
3. Click the label for which you want to view conversations.
   All conversations with this label will be displayed.
