Set recipient verification in the WebApp

Introduction

How to set a recipient verification method? If you set an SMS code or access code for a recipient, only this recipient can read your message. This additional verification method ensures that only the intended recipient can access the message. To open your message, the recipient enters an SMS code or the agreed access code. The recipient can then open, read, and reply to your Zivver message.

Set verification method

  1. log in to the WebApp.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Add a recipient.
  4. In the bar with the message Set up recipient verification — Select how recipients authenticate when they open your secure message, click the .
    A popup window opens.
  5. Click the icon next to the recipient.
  6. Choose a verification method: SMS to new number, Set up organization access code, Access code, or Verification Email.

    The verification methods you can choose from depend on the settings of your organization. If you don’t see all the verification methods, contact your administrator.
  7. Enter the required information to complete the verification method.
    For example, a mobile number with the verification method SMS to new number.
