You cannot access a functional account at this time. Previously, you had access. Other users of the account still have access.
Cause
You have lost your delegated access to the functional account. A functional account is a shared mailbox or resource that multiple people can access.
Solution
Contact the administrator in your organization to request delegated access to the functional account again.
